I guess I should have known when I couldn't find any warranty information and when I asked Amazon, got a rather vague and unsatisfying "You may return an item for 30 days." I again noticed that that 30 days begins with the date or your order. When you take free shipping and it takes 10 calendar days, 5-7 business/shipping days and you get 30 to return defective items, you lose almost half your warranty/return period. The warrantyreturn period uses calendar days but measure delivery in business days so you lose weekends. Seems a bit of a double standard doesn't it? I hope these reviews are read by the powers that be so they realize we realize this is unfair and stacked against us. How would they feel if the went to a store and bought something and were told "Oh by the way, your warranty/return period began a week ago" ? Thanks and good luck...
